Q: How much does this service cost, and how can I make a Yaari Call request?Yaari Call does not cost you anything. You can make yaari call just by dialing 11 before your desired number and if the receiving party accepts, he/she will pay for your call according to his/her package plan. For e.g. you want to make a Yaari Call request to 03141234567 then you will dial 1103141234567 to initiate a yaari call.
Q: Do I need to subscribe to this service?No, you do not need to subscribe to Yaari call, you can use the service as and when required.

ZONG Free package:If a customer is on free package and receives a Yaari call request during Break time, he/she will pay according to 3.99+tax /hour. Same goes for Late Night Offer as well.
In Case of Super free number, if the super free number of a customer sends a Yaari call request to its A-party number, then the call rate will be Zero if the super free subscription for that number is still valid.
ZONG 12 Aanay Package:If a subscriber requests a Yaari Call to a 12 Aanay customer who is in his/her happy hour then that customer will pay at the rate of 4.99 + tax /hour.
Post Paid:In the event of a number requesting a Yaari call to a Post Paid Subscriber, then the post paid subscriber will pay according to their package privileges i.e. their free minutes will be consumed first, provided that number is not blocked or its outgoing is not blocked.
Q: What if the B-Party is out of country and on roaming, can I still make a yaari call request to that number? Or a number on international roaming can make a collect call request?No, you cannot make a yaari call request to a number on roaming, and similarly the number on roaming cannot request yaari call either.
