SMS Full Time



Step 1: Customer calls 555 IVR and press 5 to listen to three options available.
Step 2: Depending upon the option selected by customer; respective fee would be deducted from customer account and Free SMS will be awarded.
Step 3: Validity of Free SMS will be 15 days. On 16th day unused free SMS will be confiscated.

Example:

Customer 'A' Calls 555 and subscribes to the Rs.10 SMS bundle on 28th Jan.
Rs 12.1 (Rs 10 + tax) will be deducted from customer account
Customer ‘A’ has 15 days, which means the end date for that customer to use Free SMS is 12th Feb 09.
On 12th Feb unused SMS will be confiscated. However, if same customer re-subscribers the offer before validity period ends, unused SMS will be added to new SMS after fee deduction.

Can the Bonus SMS be used for both Onnet & Offnet?
Yes. Subscriber can choose to use the SMS on any network in the country.
What will happen to the existing SMS bundles?
The existing SMS bundles will no longer be available for subscription.
What will happen to bonus SMS, customers already have in their bonus accounts?
The bonus SMS, customers already have in their accounts from subscriptions to previous bundles will not be affected.
What will happen to bonus SMS if customer migrates to another price plan?
Bonus SMS will be confiscated if customer migrates to any other price plan.
When will bonus SMS be awarded to customers?
Bonus SMS will be available for use immediately after activation via 555 IVR is done - after deduction of fee from customer account.
What is the validity of the bonus SMS?
Validity is 15 days, all unused bonus SMS will be confiscated on the 16th day.However, if some customer re-subscribes before the expiry date, the unused SMS will be added to the newly bought SMS and validity will be set for further 15 days
How can customer check the bonus SMS he/she has available?
Bonus SMS balance can be checked through USSD *111# and also via calling 555 IVR.
Can bonus SMS be used for short codes?
No, these SMS cannot be used for sending messages to short codes/VAS services
What will happen to main balance account validity with reference to the bonus SMS account validity?
Main recharge account will not be affected in any way. Expiry of bonus SMS & main account are independent.
Can customers' re-subscriber to this service? What will happen to existing bonus SMS?
Yes, customers can re-subscriber to this service by calling 555The new SMS will be added to the existing unused SMSAnd new validity of 15 days will be set
What will happen to SMS in case customer goes into negative balance?
Customer would be allowed to use the bonus SMS while being in negative balance below minus Rs.3. In case customer reaches minus Rs.3, he/she would not be allowed to use bonus SMS. However, once recharge is done, access to bonus SMS would be given back to customer.
Can this service be activated by any other way?
No, this service can only be activated by calling 555 IVR.
